That starts by advancing a bill in Congress that would secure our fundamental freedoms for this generation and the next — the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA).
The House is expected to hold a hearing on WHPA TOMORROW. And your representative’s support during this time is critical to ensuring that the House of Representatives holds a vote on this bill.

In a matter of a few short weeks, the Supreme Court is expected to take up its first major abortion case since Brett Kavanugh was confirmed to the bench, June Medical Services LLC v. Russo (formerly known as June Medical Services LLC v. Gee.) The ruling of this case could determine the fate of abortion access across the country, and — with an anti-choice majority on the Court — Roe is under a clear and direct threat.
WHPA would safeguard our reproductive freedom, even if the Court rules to gut the protections outlined by Roe. Passing the bill in the House would be an important response to the slew of abortion bans and restrictions advancing on the state level — a rousing reminder to all anti-choice advocates that, even in this dire time, we represent the true majority. And we won’t stop fighting.
