Folks, the 2020 presidential election is officially underway!

I was in New Hampshire over the weekend and the energy here is undeniable. This is the year we get rid of Donald Trump. This is the year we flip the Senate and expand our House majority. This is the year we take our country back.

I attended Friday's Democratic primary debate in New Hampshire. It was invigorating to see our candidates - any of whom would be a better president than Donald Trump 100 times over - share their vision for our country.

Affordable health care. A green economy to combat the climate crisis and create jobs. An innovative 21st-century economy. Equal rights for all. Communities that are safe from the threat of gun violence. These are the values of the Democratic Party.

This is going to be a big year, team. In November, we're going to kick Donald Trump and his corrupt administration out of the White House. But we also have to expand our House majority and flip the Senate in order to ensure our new Democratic president can get to work on Day 1.
