Dear Friend,

We’re only just over a month into the new year, but it has been a busy start to 2020.

I am working hard every day for my fellow Kentuckians, and so much has been accomplished already.

My bipartisan bill to reform and regulate the horse racing industry now has a majority of Congress signed on as co-sponsors and I recently testified in committee on how critical it is to ensure fairness and integrity in one of our state’s most important industries.

And, I recently introduced bills that would give working families greater access to financing for affordable housing, and a bill that would require Congress to receive a yearly report on the status of America’s financial health.

I also had the opportunity to visit EKU to discuss the impact of the expansion of the STEM scholarship programs for Veterans that I helped get signed into law last year.

I am proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, and I am looking forward to continuing this important work in the months ahead.

Sincerely,
