SIGN THE LETTER: It’s been FIVE years since the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida – one of the DEADLIEST school shootings in US history that stole my cousin and 16 others. Yet, Congress still hasn’t banned assault weapons, like the AR-15 used in Parkland. Enough is enough. I wrote an open letter BEGGING Leader Schumer for a vote on the assault weapons ban in the Senate – and I’m counting on 10,000 supporters to sign on before midnight to make sure Schumer hears us LOUD and clear. Schumer is failing us every single day that the assault weapons ban doesn’t go up for a vote. That’s why I need EVERY single person reading this email to take immediate action and put pressure on Schumer. So I’m humbly asking: Will you sign my letter before midnight? >>

I am only 19 years old – and I constantly live in fear of getting shot and killed.

My generation has been plagued by endless mass shootings.

Too many of us have sacrificed our loved ones due to decades of Congressional inaction.

We have been patiently waiting for a vote on the assault weapons ban, but we’ve had ENOUGH.

We DESERVE to know which of our Senators are willing to fight for our lives and which are playing politics with them.

We DESERVE a vote on the assault weapons ban in the Senate after every mass shooting.

And we won’t stop pushing until we get what we deserve.
