There’s no denying it, Jack xxxxxx, last week was an unequivocally bad week. I don't know about you, but I had that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. It reminded me of November 2016. But this is 2020, and we can take control.

I’ve survived war, seen struggle and heartbreak, and know what it’s like to fight and win, and then fight and lose. The best life lesson is this: You can’t give up.

Instead, let's use those moments from last week to fix the wrongs, to protect the most vulnerable and stand strong against those who threaten us.

Yes, Donald Trump was acquitted, the race to replace him could be a mess, and you too may have that sick feeling in your stomach, but the time is upon us all to be strong, stand tall, and fight like hell.

Because together, we can vote Trump out of the White House in November, win back the Senate for Democrats, and make sure TX-24 has a representative who never gives up fighting for you!
