Brett Kavanaugh is coming after birth control AND the right to access abortion. We’re fighting back.

John—

When Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed to the Supreme Court, we knew that abortion rights would be under attack.

But since his confirmation, things have actually gotten worse for reproductive freedom. The Supreme Court is now taking aim at BIRTH CONTROL.

The Supreme Court announced last month that they will consider whether to allow employers to take away no-copay contraceptive coverage from their workers for nearly any reason.1

Anti-choice extremists are no longer hiding their insidious agenda to roll back reproductive freedom. They want to make it harder for us to decide if or when to get pregnant. They want to make it harder for us to access abortion. They want to make it harder for us to raise healthy families.2,3,4,5,6

Make a donation to help support our emergency effort to stop Brett Kavanaugh and the Supreme Court’s attacks on our reproductive freedom.

This year’s Supreme Court session is the most dangerous for reproductive freedom in at least 20 years.

The first reproductive freedom case they are scheduled to hear is June Medical Services, LLC v. Gee, effectively a rehearing of a case they decided just four years ago on whether states can eliminate abortion access by simply shutting down nearly every abortion provider.

In the second case, the Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to approve a major rollback of contraceptive coverage under the Affordable Care Act. That law requires employers to provide birth control without a copay as part of standard health insurance. By allowing employers to deny coverage for almost any reason, the Trump administration is effectively putting your boss in charge of your birth control.

The Affordable Care Act was intended to make healthcare affordable and accessible to more people — including students and people with lower incomes — and that’s what it accomplished.

But now, anti-choice extremists have the opportunity to enforce their agenda to restrict our rights at the Supreme Court — to access both birth control and abortion.

We’ve launched an emergency campaign to stop these attacks on our reproductive freedom.

Chip in to defend against these attacks on birth control and abortion access.

Thank you for everything you do for reproductive freedom,
