John,

When our people-powered victories up and down the ballot swept in our DFL trifecta in November, they promised to end the era of gridlock in Saint Paul and move Minnesota forward.

This week, we can say with 100% confidence that our DFL leaders kept their promise. We’ve concluded the most productive legislative session in decades and taken action to improve the lives of Minnesotans for generations to come.

While Republican-led states are banning books, bullying the LGBTQ community, and rolling back voting rights, Minnesota is making national headlines as an example of progress. Together, we:

✅Provided universal meals to Minnesota students
✅Put Minnesota on the path to 100% clean energy
✅Passed paid family and medical leave
✅Enacted common-sense gun safety laws
✅Codified abortion rights into state law
✅Passed a budget that invests in every corner of the state
✅Provided schools with the resources our children deserve
✅Banned the harmful practice of conversion “therapy”
✅Made Minnesota a refuge for gender-affirming care
✅And so much more!

John, none of these tremendous victories would’ve been possible without this DFL family and the work we do together year in and year out, building for the next election.

Make no mistake: Minnesota is moving forward, but Republicans are more emboldened than ever to undo all of our hard-earned wins. They’re already pledging to throw everything they have at us next year to try to retake power.

Your ongoing support is crucial. As a pledge to help us defend the historic progress we made this legislative session, can you pitch in $10, $25, $50 (or whatever works today) to keep Minnesota blue?

Thank you,

Ken Martin
Chairman
Minnesota DFL
