To this day, Chevron continues to evade responsibility for its deliberate contamination of the Ecuadorian Amazon. Even after losing a court battle and being ordered to pay a $9.5 billion judgment, Chevron has used legal manipulation and scare tactics and attempted to make Ecuadorian taxpayers clean up its mess.

Recently, people affected by Chevron’s destruction appeared before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to call for protection from attempts by the Ecuadorian government to side with corporate power and jeopardize this judgment. Our partners at the Union of People Affected by Chevron-Texaco (UDAPT) are asking for your support to bolster their call for a just Ecuadorian legal system.

YES, I WILL SIGN THE PETITION TO AMPLIFY UDAPT’S CALL FOR JUSTICE!

UDAPT has organized for decades to seek justice and reparations for the damage Chevron caused. Join their efforts and uplift their call by signing the petition and sharing it with your community.

It’s time for the people of Ecuador to receive justice and for Chevron to be held accountable!
