After six years working at the Washington Senate Democratic Campaign, I am honored to share with you all that I am now stepping into the role of Executive Director.

During my time working at the WSDC, we’ve successfully flipped five seats in our State Senate, giving Democrats our largest majority in decades. We’ve built a caucus that, more than ever before, represents the Washingtonians they serve. In that time, Democratic Senators have strengthened abortion access, expanded voting rights, tackled the existential threat of climate change, passed countless gun safety measures, and so much more.

Our recent success at the ballot box, like the election of Senator Sharon Shewmake last year, has expanded our opportunities to build a more vibrant, more representative State Senate. And, our work is far from over.

Now we’re looking ahead to 2024 – to defending our incredible swing district members like Senator T’wina Nobles in the 28th LD and flipping even more seats red-to-blue. All eyes are on the 10th Legislative District, up in Skagit and Snohomish counties, for 2024. But I’ll let you in on a little strategy: we’re looking to pick up seats in Southwest Washington too.

I couldn’t be more excited to serve our Democratic Senators as we work to defend and expand our majority. And I’m thankful to have key supporters like you in our corner.
