If you recall, last year, after Roe v. Wade was overturned by the Supreme
Court, and many other states began restricting or outlawing abortion,

and out-of-state patients visiting Nevada to obtain an abortion. Now,
Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro [ [link removed] ]has a bill to codify those
protections into law: [ [link removed] ]Senate Bill 131! Our friends with Planned
Parenthood developed a great toolkit that includes talking points, sample

your support for SB131!

The Assembly Commerce & Labor Committee will discuss SB131 TODAY, May
10th, at 1:30pm. Here are some ways you can help:

* Testify at the hearing in Carson City! The Assembly Commerce & Labor

* Testify in Las Vegas, at the same date and time, in Room 4401 of the
Grant Sawyer State Office Building, at 555 E. Washington Ave., Las
Vegas, NV.
