Nearly 80% of Americans support legal abortion.

And yet anti-choice activists are still fighting to undermine the right to choose.

Just this year (all six weeks of it), anti-choice lawmakers signed a brief to the Supreme Court calling Roe v. Wade "unworkable." Clinics in the South and the Midwest are closing in large numbers. And the conservative Supreme Court will soon take up its first abortion case since Kavanaugh was appointed -- potentially overturning Roe and eliminating abortion access as we know it.

The battles for abortion access aren't new. Anti-choice lawmakers have been working for years to slowly chip away at Roe's legal precedence. Now, a second wave of state-led abortion bans is expected in Tennessee, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, and Idaho.
