Rhode Island proudly leads the nation in offshore wind development. Our Blue Economy is showing the rest of the country and the world how we can cut energy costs, reduce emissions, and create thousands of good-paying, union jobs all at the same time.

As a member of the House Natural Resources Committee, Seth is focused on how affordable, clean energy will continue to benefit the economy of Rhode Island and how we can share Rhode Island’s wind energy leadership with the rest of the country.
