Les rénovictions, les locations à court terme et les spéculateurs ne
font qu’aggraver la crise du logement.
La négligence d’Ottawa a assez duré.

Au NPD, on a un plan pour faire ce que les libéraux et les conservateurs
n’ont jamais eu le courage de faire pour régler la crise du logement.
Comment? C’est simple : on va créer un fonds d'acquisition de logements
abordables pour que les OSBL puissent conserver les logements abordables
sans avoir à se battre avec les spéculateurs.
En plus, on va mettre un moratoire sur l’acquisition de logements
abordables par les profiteurs qui ne cherchent qu’à se remplir les
poches.
Avec ça, on va faire baisser le prix des loyers, arrêter les
rénovictions et empêcher les riches de s’acapparer du marché immobilier.

Renovictions, short term rentals and speculators are only making the
housing crisis worse.
Ottawa's negligence has gone on long enough.

The NDP has a plan to do what the Liberals and Conservatives never had
the courage to do to solve the housing crisis.
How will we do it? It's simple: we will create an affordable housing
acquisition fund so that non-profits can keep affordable housing without
having to fight with speculators.
In addition, we will put a moratorium on the acquisition of affordable
housing by profiteers who are only looking to line their pockets.
This will lower rents, stop renovictions and prevent the rich from
taking over the housing market.
