Last week, we sent out an action survey to gauge exactly how you plan to support the fight against Trump in 2024. 

As always, your responses were inspiring. Countless people responded with their intent to sign up as poll workers, participate in a peaceful pro-democracy protest, and continue to sustain the critical messaging work we’re doing here at The Lincoln Project.

I also want to highlight one response from the survey that really stood out to me. Janet K. is a longtime supporter of The Lincoln Project and she’s ready to be an active voice in her community in the lead-up to 2024: 

“Living in a pretty red community, I’ve always found that person-to-person communication with my neighbors is the best way to support the pro-democracy movement. I can count several times where I turned people against Trump and even got them involved with the work you’re doing at The Lincoln Project!”

The lesson here, Friend, is this: Never underestimate the power of your voice. Never underestimate the power of persuasion. And always be willing to be a vocal defender of our democracy. 

Thank you, Janet. And thank you to every member of our community that’s willing to lend their voice to the movement. We’ve got a lot of work to do together over the next 16 months, and we’re just getting started. 

Between now and Election Day, we’re going to reach tens of millions of Americans and hit critical swing voters in key states. We truly believe this is the best way to win this fight and we need your support to sustain it.
