Justice Democrats was formed in 2016 to change Congress by recruiting and electing a diverse slate of working people who share real-life experiences with the communities they represent. Since then, we’ve elected progressive champions to Congress who are creating real change that benefits working people across the country.

Right now, we’re gearing up to do it again in 2024 — recruiting and training candidates, and making sure their campaigns are ready to fight back against the far-right machine.

But the success of our 2024 Candidate Recruitment depends on how well we fundraise right now. If we fall even further behind, we’re going to need to take a look at budget cuts for the recruiting program. Will you support our work with a $3 donation now?

In just a few short years, we recruited and helped elect AOC, Summer Lee, Cori Bush, and Jamaal Bowman, and completely shifted the conversation about what’s politically possible in Washington. We recruited each of these leaders to run and win and we’re building the infrastructure for even more grassroots candidates to do the same.

We’ve already started our 2024 candidate recruitment because it’s our job to think about the long-term. Planning this far in advance gives us the time to go deep into communities to find our future leaders — that can’t be rushed. It’s too important.
