John,
Don’t let anyone tell you that what we’re about to do is impossible.
I might be getting ahead of myself. Let me back-up.
In 2013, I co-founded Convention of States with my good friend, Mark Meckler. Having spent decades studying the U.S. Constitution and the state of politics in America, I had come to the conclusion that Article V was the only solution as big as the problems facing our nation.
So I called Mark. After laying out a plan that involved building a grassroots army in every single state house district of the United States — he agreed.
We launched COS and shortly after found out that Mark Levin was publishing The Liberty Amendments. It felt like a divine arrangement.
John, we knew the path ahead wouldn’t be easy, but I’ve never been one to back down from the fights that matter. Even if others would call them “impossible.”
A few decades ago, homeschooling was illegal in nearly every state. But working with a talented team of patriots, I founded the Homeschool Legal Defense Association and helped make home education legal in all 50 states.
An impossible fight. That we won.
We were told for 49 years that it was impossible to reverse Roe v. Wade. But during my time as CEO of Alliance Defending Freedom, I was on the front lines of the Dobbs case, and once again I got the opportunity to celebrate as the “impossible” happened.
I have witnessed God make happen what some may have thought was impossible, time and time again over the course of my career. However, as we all know, through Him all things are possible. And now, I’m believing that He will do it again.
Today, I’ve returned to the Convention of States fight because I believe that it is the only way to truly save the nation and preserve the liberties we hold dear.
It takes 34 states to make it happen. We already have 19 on board. But as our momentum continues to grow, the opposition is waking up. The final stretch to victory won’t come easily, but I’m in for the long haul.
I’m here to, once again, be a part of history in the making. Will you join us?
As COS is a non-profit, our work is 100% reliant on support from patriots who are fed up with business as usual in Washington, D.C.
As we continue to execute on our state-specific legislative strategies, we need to raise $75,000 by midnight on April 15th to fuel our 2023 Victory Fund.
