Hi Friend,
It's time for the first major deadline of the #NVleg session. By Friday, April 14th, every bill so far introduced (that doesn't have an exemption waiver) MUST PASS a Work Session vote in order to stay alive. Anything not heard or not voted out of committee, unless it is exempt due to it having an effect on the state budget, will die!
Because this is a critical moment, all the times, dates, and bills heard in each committee are subject to rapid and frequent change! Please keep this in mind as you plan to testify this week, and be sure to always check the schedule on NELIS to see if something has changed.
