John, our TV ad launched this morning, and the response from this team has been incredibly positive. But our self-funding millionaire opponents have been on air for weeks already, and they could still spend far more to drown us out.

If you’re able, rush a donation to help Helen’s first commercial break through: www.actblue.com/donate/hhg-ad-fund [[link removed]]

We have the winning message, the strongest grassroots coalition, and the right candidate for the job. With your support, we’ll have the resources too.

40 days left, John! Can’t thank you enough.

John: As Mayor, my top priority is to make sure every Philadelphian is safe and feels safe. My community safety agenda will not only ensure a swift and effective response to violence when it occurs; it will invest in solutions to stop violence from happening in the first place.

That’s the message at the heart of our first TV ad, and I want you to see it before it hits airwaves tomorrow. Please click here to watch our brand new commercial, and consider chipping in to keep it on air » [[link removed]]

Other candidates in this race have spent millions of dollars on ads to tell voters how they’ll manage violent crime . We are the only campaign willing to talk about investing in our youth and in solutions that end the public safety crisis .

For 30 years, I’ve been fighting to make our communities safer by keeping people in their homes, creating good jobs with family-sustaining wages, investing in education, and creating school safety zones.

As Mayor, I’ll align all city departments, agencies, and community partners around an all-hands-on-deck approach that treats the gun violence crisis like the emergency that it is. We will fix our 911 system, expand mental health support, overhaul victim's services, stabilize our young people, and reclaim our neighborhoods for neighbors.

We can build a safer and more vibrant Philadelphia, but first, we need to win this race on May 16th. With ten other candidates and millions of dollars spent on ads, it’ll take a huge grassroots fundraising push.

So what do you say, John: Will you chip in any amount to help keep my first ad on TV? Our vision for community safety is proven and popular, and if enough voters know about it, we will win.
