Friend,

When I first began my campaign for Congress, I had to do a lot of things I’d never had to do before during the twenty years I spent in the military.

Some of these new things I enjoy a lot, like holding town halls where I can talk to voters about how we have to defeat the woke left that is destroying our country. I also appreciate hearing from people from all different walks of life and from all over my district, sharing their hopes and dreams, fears and concerns.

However, the one thing I really dislike doing, more than anything else, is asking for money. No matter how often I’ve done it, it still makes me a little uncomfortable.

But I also accept the reality that if we are going to have any chance to flip this seat, I need to raise money – a lot of money.

And today is the last day of the quarter. We have a big report we need to file with the FEC that’s a public measure of how successful we have been as a campaign.

In my last race, a lot of factors played into the loss but the one overwhelming obstacle was that I was outspent six to one in the General Election. In a congressional district that’s only narrowly Republican, it’s very hard to overcome an opponent when they can financially overwhelm you that much.

We can’t let that happen again.

It’s absolutely vital that we flip this seat red in the next election. This district represents the Republican’s BEST HOPE of picking up a seat anywhere in the country.
