March turned heavy with the heartbreaking news of Nashville. We all watched in horror as an individual armed with two assault rifles and a handgun entered The Covenant School on March 27. And in just a few short minutes, three nine-year-old students and three teachers were killed. Women's History Month 

 

March is Women’s History Month and we cannot separate conversations surrounding gun violence from intimate partner violence. 1 in 4 women experiences severe intimate partner violence at some point in their life. Women of color and trans women of color especially are disproportionately affected by gun-related hate crimes, domestic violence, or randomized targeting based on their identities.
